Who am I?
Hi, I’m Nynke, a dedicated Electrical Engineering student with a passion for technology and the internet. Alongside my studies I work as a CAD Engineer at a local company that is mostly active in the process and piping industry.
In my spare time I enjoy working on small projects that tie in to my field of studies and other interests. Setting up this webpage is one of those types of projects.
Why this webpage?
The idea originated as a personal programming project, I wanted to learn more about HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I wanted to create a custom website from scratch which could serve as an online portfolio.
As the project grew, I realized that manually writing HTML for each page or post was becoming more time-consuming. Switching to WordPress has allowed streamline the process of maintaining and updating the website. Now the website has evolved into a blog where I document projects, and share my experiences.
